My blog is currently under construction; so, you may see a different appearance each time you visit for a while. Check back. However, during the next several weeks, I'll be moving posts from another site here to fill in earlier 2014-2015 information. I'm currently resting an injury to my right calf muscles that occurred earlier in January 2015 that I just could not shake; so, instead of taking a couple of weeks to rest and to rehabilitate that injury at the time of the first incident, it's cost me a couple of months of re-injury and, now, complete rest. But, I'm using this down time (rest period) to add some strength training, which is paying off in building strength in my weak hip muscles (and reducing the pain I've had in my right hip).
